At The Southern Roots Outdoors, we take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
