Made to Order

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.

Order Delays

During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production or carrier delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, carrier delays may be outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you look into it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
